Shipments and Returns

USPS Shipping
Packages are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12PM EST.  Same day shipping does not include Sundays so please place your order before to receive this. We ship all domestic US orders via USPS Priority which generally takes 2-3 days to arrive within the US. We can also overnight the package to you with USPS Express. If you demand a different carrier, please contact us.

If you are unsatisfied with our kratom, please contact us. Kratom Crazy offers a 30-day full money-back satisfaction guarantee. If this is the case, please inform us and we will supply return postage so that you may send the product back to us. Once the order is shipped, please supply us the tracking information so that we may process your refund/exchange.

Our shipping calculator is placed on the cart page. These rates are quoted direct from the USPS website. To get free shipping, make sure the total cart cost is above $49. Please note, that the free shipping is only available within the United States. International orders will have to be paid in full and free shipping in non applicable.

 

International Shipping Policies

We ship all International packages via USPS. You can choose First Class, Priority or Express shipping options. First Class is the most cost effective but can take 7-14 days on average depending on the country. USPS Priority is the second best and can cut this time in half. Please note, we cannot control customs delays. Therefore, there are no guarantees on your package timing for international parcels.

Please note, all packages that are shipped Internationally are insured by Kratom Crazy. If you cannot find your country on the dropdown list, it means we do not ship to your country. It is possible that kratom is disallowed for import or that the country has had too many problems for us to ship to.

If you are unsure about your international packages whereabouts please follow these steps:

  • Please check the tracking number supplied.
  • If the package is stuck on "Inbound into Customs" please wait 3 days.
  • Sometimes the package will arrive to you within the 3 days before the tracking updates.
  • If you feel there is a problem, it may be useful to contact your customs.
  • Our policy for refunding orders that have been lost or seized by customs is 30 days.
  • If after 30 days you have not received your parcel, please contact us for a full refund.
