There are a few things that make this vendor curious, not least of which is their moniker’s unfortunate similarity to the word herpes. All puerile STD jokes aside, there’s plenty to talk about when it comes to Herbees.
Bikhuk has become a bit of a buzz word among the kratom community since many users are curious as to how it differs from rifat kratom. As such, many UK kratom vendors have begun offering international orders of bikhuk via their online stores.
Herbees.eu is one such Bikhuk wholesaler whose online store exclusively stocks this curious brand. Today we’ll talk about who they are, what they’ve got and whether or not they should be trusted.

This vendor is a European reseller of Bikhuk kratom. Noobs who are just learning about kratom may mistake Bikhuk as an exotic kratom strain, but nothing could be farther from the truth. On the contrary, Bikhuk is the name of a company that has been around for nearly 13 years.
Bikhuk is an International trading company based out of the United States. They have worked closely with the indigenous people of several Southeast Asian jungles to ethically source kratom leaf, selling it to users far and wide through their online store—Bikhuk.us.
In recent months, there’s site has been temporarily unavailable as they restructure their international sales. For the time being, they have partnered with Herbees.eu to ensure that consumers continue to have access to their full product line.
They are the largest reseller of Bikhuk products in all of Europe, providing kratom powder that is guaranteed to be fresh (all of their speciosa is no more than two weeks old, thereby preserving its quality and potency).
Herbees has a decent variety of exotic Indonesian kratom strains including all of the following:
They also stock a brand-spanking new 20x kratom extract called Erik 20 which consists of 100 gram powder.
If there’s one drawback to this reseller it’s their lack of samplers or split packs. This is NOT the kratom vendor for the casual user who wants to pick up an ounce or two. They only sell kilograms which can get pretty damn pricey.
The industry standard price point for a kilo tends to hover around $125-130, but that’s not the case here. These Bikhuk kratom kilos range from €149.00 to €189.00. In the past, European companies like Natural Chemistry have gone out of business, due in large part to price gouging and stiffing customers on their orders.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Mobile. Each order is processed within 48 hours of there being placed. As we discuss below, consumers have found their customer service to be lacking.
Unlike many of their competitors, Herbees offers neither a 1-800 number nor live chat. Instead you must fill out an online contact form or email them and hope to hear back.
This vendor currently accepts Amazon Pay.
As a relatively new supplier, Herbees hasn’t had much time to generate word of mouth online, but luckily their product speaks for itself. Most every kratom connoisseur has heard of Bikhuk.
One user who ordered from Bikhuk.us said, “their kratom is good quality. love their white sumatra.”
Another person agreed, writing, “Their Green Malay is in my top 3 strains of all time. Super consistent…”
Of course, not all consumer experiences have been positive. Several users talked about how hard it was to get in touch with them, lamenting the fact that they had sent a number of emails to Bikhuk, only for them to go unacknowledged.
One irate customer penned a post entitled “I AM DONE WITH BIKHUK’S SHITTY PRODUCT.” In their post, they write, “…after my last post commenting on the huge quality decline in Bikhuk’s previously decent strain, their Green Malay, I am swearing them off for good. I decided to order two more time from them, as they are the only affordable vendor that ships to my neck of the woods. Big mistake.
“I don’t know what the shit they’re selling is, but it lacks any of the properties the Green Malay they had earlier in the year exhibited. I have shared with many and we all agree.”
This is disconcerting as Green Malay was once Bikhuk’s bestselling strain and certainly one of their most powerful.
Naturally, reactions vary widely from person to person and no two people will get hit the same way by their powder’s aroma. It all comes down to each individual’s sensitivity and level of experience.
In the past, I have tried four different strains from Bikhuk—Green Malay, Red Riau, Takkra and White Sumatra, respectively. Of these four I’d have to say that only the Green Malay, Takkra and Red Riau were any good.
Each of these strains was securely packaged and smelled fresh. They were strong, but a tad on the bitter side. Their White Sumatra didn’t exactly blow my hair back, but it wasn’t worthless either. Just kind of…meh, alright.
Other than that, there really isn’t much to say. They were neither too weak nor two strong, just kind of middle-of-the-road. Would I call their stuff quality? Sure. Would I call it high quality? Nuh-uh.
Obviously, the first thing any American or Canadian kratomite needs to consider is the conversion rate on their monies. But that’s not the only thing that should factor into your decision.
Remember that when you buy kratom locally or place an order with a US-based speciosa site, you will be receiving a price that’s based on the US economy. Consequently, you are more likely to find a supplier who offers a fair price point.
If you’re ordering outside of the US or Canada, you will want to familiarize yourself with kratom legality in your area. For instance, kratom has been all but completely banned in the UK.
If you’re curious about trying Bikhuk then you might do well to find another source in Europe. There are volumes of recommendations on sites like Reddit. Give it a Google and you should find what you’re looking for at a far more reasonable price. Happy hunting, kids! ; )
