It would be fair to say that VitaKratom is still a little wet behind the ears, so to speak. Having only opened their doors within the last three years they have had little time to cement a relationship with consumers or develop much of a social media presence.

In fact, if you visit their Facebook profile you’ll see that they’ve only managed to attract 241 likes, a relatively meager number compared to other vendors who tend to rack up thousands of likes, reviews and followers.

This is not to say that they are no good, just to point out that they aren’t the most time-tested seller in the current marketplace.

But when you’re looking to select a vendor it’s not all about how long they’ve been established. Your number one concern should be for the quality of the product. Customers should demand lab-tested, highly concentrated mitra leaf.

It is important to ask questions and even more important that someone is there to give you appropriate answers to those questions. Some of the things you should consider before you buy kratom online include pricing, sourcing, shipping, payment options and consumer reputation.

For instance, does your prospective supplier provide information about how and where they source their kratom from? Do they ethically source their kratom powder? Do they offer expedited shipping and, if so, how much does it cost?

These are just some of the things you should know about a company before purchasing their product.

To this end, we have placed an order with this seller so that we can better comprehend their worth or lack thereof. As you’ll see in the following review, VitaKratom make things easy on their patrons (well…sometimes) and, in turn, their patrons return to their online store again and again (again, sometimes).

This Florida-based kratom vendor is located in beautiful Miami Lakes where they have set up shop and turned their modest independent operation into a slowly evolving internet behemoth. By delivering variety and deals they have slowly but surely risen to the top of the heap in terms of online brands.

Their quality is guaranteed as is their fast and free shipping. As of October 10th, their website is temporarily down for construction. However, we didn’t let that stand in the way of our research. By seeking out individual product pages and user reviews we were able to cull all of the information you need to know about this brand.

WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO OFFER? sells kratom in both powder and capsule form. Their exciting strains include all of the following:

  • Green Maeng Da
  • Green Malay
  • Red Hulu Kapuas
  • Red Vein Borneo
  • Red Horned Leaf
  • Red Maeng Da
  • Red Vein Thai
  • White Vein Sumatra
  • Yellow Vein Kratom

Price should always be a serious consideration because the industry is notorious for price gouging. Whether you’re dealing with a smoke shop proprietor who jacks up the price to turn a big profit or you’re buying direct from a vendor’s e-commerce site, it’s not uncommon for people to charge way more than they should.

For instance, if you are buying bulk kratom powder and capsules, you should expect to pay anywhere from $80 to $120 for a kilo. That’s 1,000 grams. If a supplier is charging anything north of $150 then they’re likely a shady operation that doesn’t deserve your business.

In the case of VK, their pricing is rather fair with an ounce selling for $11.49. They charge just $26.99 for a 57 gram pouch. Kratom bundles are available for $99 which may sound enticing, but buyer beware: A bundle only consists of three 4 oz bags with a bonus 4 oz bag for “free.” This is exactly the sort of price gouging we’re talking about.

Lots of their competitors in the space sell variety packs for as little as $31.99 for 50 grams of three strains (green, red and white, respectively). That’s nearly 50 grams more than you’d be getting with one of their bundles for less than a third of the cost.

None of this is to imply that their product isn’t viable, rather it underscores the importance of doing your homework before placing an order. On the plus side, they sell one ounce samples that make it simple and affordable for users to try out their plain leaf without breaking the bank.

All items are shipped the same day you place your order, so you’ll always get them right in the nick of time. Shipping is free and all packages arrive in secure and discreet mailers. If you decide to order from them be sure to checkout prior to 1 PM EST during the holiday season in order to qualify for Same Day Shipping.

Their customer support staff are knowledgeable and courteous, often replying to inquiries within hours if not minutes. I only dealt with them once, but I was shocked at how fast I got a response.

Unfortunately for those of us who have grown accustomed to using cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin to get our speciosa products VitaKratom does not accept privacy coins. Like many other online sellers, they also can’t accept credit or debit cards. At the moment they are accepting CashApp payments and E-checks.

The folks behind have frequently offered valuable promotional codes to their customers via platforms like Reddit. In fact, their coupon codes have often been good for as much as 20% off your order at checkout.

After trying their Red Vein Thai for myself and finding it to be very pleasant and long-lasting, I was more than a little surprised to find that users have been experiencing trouble with these guys over the last year.

One user wrote, “pretty sure Vitakratom is a scam. Maybe they went out of business, but they are accepting payments and delivering no kratom. Tried asking for the delivery to be sent or a refund, but no reply on their site or by phone. Ordered Nov 28th and today is December 18th. I’ve lost hope at this point, but didn’t want others to fall victim.”

This coupled with the news of their site being down is very disconcerting because it illustrates one of the most troubling aspects of the kratom industry—the prevalence of fly-by-night dealers who only stick around long enough to turn a profit before vanishing like a thief in the night.

With any luck they will return to the space and double down on their efforts to satisfy customers. But they better revise their refund policy and follow up with those who have placed orders and failed to receive them. If they don’t then it looks like they may well go the way of the dodo bird.

Although my personal experience was one that was adequate, I cannot recommend this vendor in good conscience. As always, we encourage our readers to do their own research so that they can be armed with all they need to make an informed decision. Be safe, be smart and be well.
