How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order, simply navigate to the products you wish to purchase, select “add to cart” and then “view cart”. From here you should be able checkout. If your order does not qualify for our free shipping, the USPS shipping calculator on our checkout page will add the total shipping charges to your order.
My Order has Not Arrived.
If you are local and within the United States and your order has not arrived, you may wish to contact us. Use this form and one of our representatives, will get back shortly – Usually within 4 hours.
International orders can take 7-14 days on average if you order First Class Shipping. If you ordered Priority, and it takes over 7 days or Express, and it takes over 4 days, you may have a customs problem. Be patient and one of our representatives will work with you on the matter. If an order is lost/stolen/seized, we will refund you after 30 days.
Where Can I Find My Order Status?
You can find your order status on the My Account Page. Here, you can see all the orders you have placed. You can also see the status of your most recent order. Please note, that we will email you when your order status has changed. You should also get an email to your email address with your tracking information. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your tracking information or have a question about your order, kindly, contact us and one of our representatives will be in contact shortly.
Can I get a Kratom Coupon or Discount?
We offer a one-time 20% off discount for reviews left on our website or Facebook page (comments mentioning human consumption or use will not be approved.). Once you have left a review, please contact our support team for the coupon code. We also send out frequent discounts to our email subscriber list. I am Unhappy with My Order.
If you find your kratom order unsatisfactory, please contact us. One of our representatives will be in contact shortly to arrange return of the product. You are not obligated to give a reason or explanation for your dissatisfaction however, the representative may ask questions for our records.
Once you contact us, we will issue you return postage. Please send the unused portion of the product back to us, and we will issue a FULL refund. Customers can note that we do NOT resell returned product. The product is discarded.
